At Yalesville Veterinary Hospital, we take your pet’s wellbeing very seriously and understand that unexpected medical issues can happen at any time. If an urgent or emergency situation arises with your pet please call us immediately at (203) 265-1646. Depending on the severity of the case, we may refer you to a local ER clinic.
Our weekday Emergency Hours are 8:30 am - 6:00 pm and weekend hours are 9:00 am - 1:00 pm.
Common Pet Emergencies

Symptoms and behaviors that might indicate your pet needs urgent or emergency care include:

If you believe your pet has consumed a toxin, (human medication, household chemicals, chocolate, etc.) please call Yalesville Veterinary Hospital immediately. You may also contact the ASPCA Poison Control at (888) 426-4435 for a $65 fee.
