Payment Options
Payment is expected when services are rendered. To focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), checks, and cash. All cards must be signed by the card owner.
CareCredit and Scratchpay
When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well. Yalesville Veterinary Hospital understands this and is able to make some special arrangements.

Missed Appointment Policy
At Yalesville Veterinary Hospital, we put our trust in you to keep your scheduled appointment. When we set up an appointment, a specific amount of time is reserved especially for you and your pet. Missed appointments do not allow other patients in need of medical care to be seen by one of our doctors.
It is our policy to require 24-hour advanced notice for all appointment cancellations, allowing maximum availability for other clients when scheduling appointments for their pets. To ensure that our appointment schedule is managed efficiently, we implement the following policy for missed appointments:
Missed Appointment
If you schedule an appointment and no show for that appointment, you will need to make a deposit in order to make another appointment. That deposit will go towards the exam fee for that next appointment.
New Client Policy
New clients making their first appointments are required to provide a deposit. If a new client misses an appointment this deposit is non-refundable.
